For the Fall Festival this year (an event that the Pyrah farm has put on the last 4 years, & it has really taken off, there were about 1600 people there this year.) Lucas's sister Suzy and his brother Joe along with 2 of his kids, Ethan & Megan came up to help with event. We really had a great time while they were here.

Here is the only picture that I got of the fall festival on my camera. Suzy & Roberta have some on their camera, which is more than we can say for pictures that we've taken over the last few years. But this is the back drop that we use to take pictures at the festival. We finally got to enjoy the last 1/2 hour of the day to take our kids around to the games and ride on the hayride. My parents had the kids all day until about 5:30 and they brought them out to enjoy the last part of the day. Lucas was working in the food cabana making funnel cakes (yummmm!) and serving other food that we had like, nachos, hot dogs, pork sandwiches, pumpkin pie, cupcakes, carmel apples (alaska grown) & soup (which I spend most of my day in the kitchen making - 10 batches!) But the food ran out about 6:30 so we were able to have some time with the kids. It's a lot of work to put on but well worth knowing that a good time is enjoyed by all.
